DELIVERY & RETURN

Please find our delivery time at the checkout page. At peak times there may be a couple of extra days added to the delivery time. You will receive an email from us when we ship your order. All orders must be made via our website.

We can change or remove items from your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. If you want to make a change to your order, please give us a call or write a mail to support@evosnaturals.com with ‘order change – and your order number’ in the subject line.

As soon as your order is processed by us, we will send you an email. If you have not received an email from us, your package has not yet been shipped.

You can always track your package by clicking on the link we’ve sent you. You’ll find the link in the same mail that confirms the shipment of your package.

If you have not received an order confirmation shortly after you completed your order, it may mean that an error has occurred during your purchase. Maybe you have entered an incorrect email. Contact us, and we can help you.
Everybody make mistakes, and sometimes things can slip. Of course, you will receive all your products, which you have ordered. Call us or write an email, and we will fix it!
